A water pump pressure sensor is a device used to monitor the operating status of a water pump. It can detect pressure changes in the water system in real-time, convert the measured pressure signal into an electrical signal, and transmit it to a display device or controller to ensure the normal and safe performance of the water pump.

Specifically, the main functions of a water
pump pressure sensor include the following:
1. Monitoring changes in liquid pressure in
the water pump system: converting the changing pressure into an electrical
signal and transmitting it to a display device or controller to observe the
operating status of the pumping station in real-time.
2. Controlling the operation of the water
pump system: Through with the controller, it adjusts the pressure changes in
the system according to preset parameters to ensure the normal operation of the
water pump system.
3. Ensuring the safety of the pumping
station: Detecting abnormalities in the internal and external pressure of the
pumping station in time, making protective treatments for overload or
underload, and preventing safety accidents such as explosions caused by
prolonged operation or failures.
The
Principle of a Water Pump Pressure Sensor?
A water pump pressure sensor is a device
based on pressure sensing technology, and its principle is to convert the
measured pressure signal into an electrical signal output.
Specifically, a water pump pressure sensor
consists of a ceramic chip, a pressure conditioning chip, wires, potting glue,
gaskets, and mounting joints. When the device senses a change in liquid
pressure at the installed position, the diaphragm is affected by the
piezoelectric material's feedback response, causing tiny deformations that
result in the sensor generating a charge signal. The charge signal is
transmitted to the instrument room through the mounting joint, and then
converted into a standard electrical signal by the processing circuit for
output to a display or controller.
In practical applications, the water pump
pressure sensor utilizes modern sensor technology and digital control
technology to continuously monitor and process liquid pressure, ensuring the
safe and stable operation of the water pump system.
